She came in with three years of labs and a dashboard of red flags, yet felt no different. Access to data is easy. Data without clinical interpretation is just a list of problems.
Information is no longer the bottleneck. The challenge is distinguishing the primary driver from the noise. Most platforms provide protocols but miss clinical sequencing. An abnormal marker rarely requires a new supplement in isolation. It usually points to an upstream system that must be stabilized before the body can respond.
Hormones and metabolism are signals acting on a terrain. If the terrain is unstable, optimizing the signal won't shift the trajectory.
This is why I am opening Second Look. This is a clinical interpretation of the labs you already have. No new panels. No protocols until the pattern is clear.
Data collection is a commodity. Decision-making is the work.
