Seriously, who needs a full roster when you’ve got a Tread Unicorn like Carol?! 🦄 She was out there on the treadmill, single-handedly defending the entire Tread block and crushing the focus on endurance and power like it was nothing during today’s OTF Strength & Tread 50 class. Everyone else must have been too scared to show up after seeing her name on the board!

Meanwhile, the rest of the Tread section looked like a ghost town—and you know those empty stations were crying because they missed out on her epic energy (and all the bragging rights for going the distance!). After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.
