Spring time, time to build our SOLAR CALLUS. The solar callus is our natural sun block. It the best way to prepare the body to absorb sunlight for immunity and wellness, but also, offers protection from longer sun exposure during the summer months, and for vitamin D production.

How do you build your solar callus? By going out in the sun 🌞 at sunset and sunrise. The light at these times of day contains no blue light nor UV rays. It has infrared that will prepare your skin for the upcoming UV rays. You need frequent and regular exposure, meaning daily.

Once you have built your sun callus, you will then be able to expose your skin to the high UV rays safely during midday and produce vitamin D, which most people are extremely deficient in because of blue light exposure in our homes.

Glyphosate/ Roundup is ruining our liver and kidneys, the main detox organs in the body. 100 years ago, only alcoholics got fatty liver. Now so many people who don't drink have fatty liver. So, much so, they had to give it a new name, "non-alcoholic fatty liver." What changed? Glyphosate use along with high fructose corn syrup. This stuff is killing us. Please stop using it.
