Specializing in using EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and Virtual Reality Therapy to support clients struggling with trauma, C-PTSD, workplace trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA2S+ issues, body image issues, sexual assault and more. As an EMDRIA-approved CIT, I also provide consultation to EMDR therapists.

Our Story

Creative Journeys Counseling specializes in providing EMDR therapy, play therapy, sandplay therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness work, to adults as well as to children. Although I specialize in helping people who are LGBTQ+ and/or who are creatives, I work well with a myriad of people who are looking to go deeper in their work. As a trauma-focused therapist, I enjoy helping clients get to the roots of their issues, as they process and heal from painful experiences, traumas or phobias. In addition to psychotherapy work, I also enjoy helping people access and reconnect with their spirituality, and also provide Past Life Soul Regression Therapy sessions.
