One way is to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how grateful you are to have woken up today, and mention a specific thing you like about yourself, starting with a few seconds and building up to two minutes. One of my favorite parts about being human are, redos. I made a mala years ago and I decided that it was good enough, but I wasn't convinced it was my best work, I have stared at it for years contemplating it's new look. Today I am giving it a glow up!

Let me introduce the glow up!!I am in love with this mala! I made this mala with 104 beads. I didn't want to add another stone into this mala to make it a full 108 beads.
