Have you ever had a massage and felt more irritated than you did when you first started? Maybe the issue is in the tissues. My mission is to help people get back into their bodies and find their joy, safety, and happiness without outside influences or validation, but instead find their own validation. Everyone has intuition and body awareness, but we don’t always trust it. My mission is to help people believe in themselves and have complete confidence in their daily lives.
