I believe that everyone has the strength to get through whatever life throws at us; whether due to our own choices or situations outside of our control. It is this inner strength and resilience that I strive to find in each of my clients to use during the therapy process. Whether you are a five-year-old dealing with the transitions of a divorce, a parent dealing with the seemingly insurmountable task of parenting a teenager, a tween dealing with the seemingly insurmountable task of surviving middle school, or an adult dealing with a past trauma, we all have the strength and resiliency to heal. Working together we will build on these strengths and build your resiliency to work through the issues that brought you to counseling and to take with you to survive and thrive when the world throws you for a loop. I feel honored to be a part of this process for so many people and look forward to helping you reach your goals and obtain the life you want to live. Arvada Therapy Solutions, LLC provides a strength-based and collaborative approach to counseling for children, teens, adults, couples and families. It is our goal to improve the community in which we work and live and offer services to those who can afford mental health counseling and to those who are unable to afford counseling in a private practice setting. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. All therapists at Arvada Therapy Solutions are available for afternoon and evening appointments. Appointments are also available every other Saturday.
