New week, new houses! Brand new to us is House 51! More a loft/apartment cause it’s in Williamsburg, BK. We dig its artistic vibe, wood, exposed brick, lush plants, a baby grand, a bar. Can’t get much cooler than this for your creative production ideas!

Let’s wrap up this week with a few more great backyards! First stop is our Mansion + Holding Area (on Long Island) then to House 43 (in NJ) and last to House 41 (Rockaways). Do ya still think we only rep locations at the beach? (Nope) One is grand, sprawling and elegant, next is a large Tudor with kids’ rooms too and finally a sweet beachy bungalow with an upstairs apartment to add on as well. Lots of backyard options at all!
