We need YOUR help. We're choking here in the Five Towns of western Nassau County. We're in a redevelopment phase which has become quickly overdeveloped due to massive numbers of variances given. Taking 30 minutes to go 3 miles on Rockaway Turnpike is nuts.

Route 878/Nassau Expressway, Rockaway Turnpike and Peninsula Blvd. are the emergency evacuation routes for the Rockaways, the Five Towns, Atlantic Beach and Long Beach. Accidents have increased 100% over the last few months. We need to end the overdevelopment.

Please consider signing and sharing this petition. There is a moratorium to construction, which expires in March. We need to send a message to our elected officials, who are placing our lives in peril. Thank you.
