What you do in your late 20’s and 30’s can have a direct impact on how you enter perimenopause. So often we are hearing from women that they “haven’t done anything differently and went from feeling good to awful.”
But that’s exactly it.
Operating at a level of neglecting your own needs, late nights, restricting calories, overbooking yourself and one too many cocktails will eventually catch up with you and rear its ugly head near perimenopause.

4. Prioritizing protein and fiber intake
