Happy New Year✨💫✨!! We are moving into the year of the Horse. The Horse brings MOVEMENT⚡️It asks us to act, to TRUST our instincts, to move more boldly towards what feels aligned and meant for us. This shift into strength💪🏼is freedom🇺🇸. “The shedding is done, now we run.”
Stay Fierce and Courageous.
I am closing this year as I am shedding old patterns and taking one step. I am choosing to close 2025 with gratitude and with kindness. Wishing you all the same. The year of the Snake, 2025. It was a year of shedding: our reality, our attachments, versions of ourselves that no longer align with who we are or what we need. It asked us to slow down, to honestly listen where we were living out of habit instead of truth.

I am closing this year ALWAYS with gratitude. I am shedding old patterns and taking one step into a kinder new year.

Be mindful how you choose to close 2025. “We are not carrying old energy into what’s meant to run free.”

Whatever your passion….stay juicy, stay hydrated💧anthropologist are recognizing a 4th stage of water, ‘plasma’. Our bodies have to convert water into a slightly thicker substance to efficiently use it for our connective tissue aka fascia. Our muscles, ligamnets, bones, and even our organs glide and slide in this precious fluid. Cells have better communicate with each other too. Do what desert cultures do and help it along by adding seeds like flax and chia seeds to thicken it. Aloe and coconut juice too!🥥 !?!
