RJ Healthcare Services is a New Jersey based home health care and staffing agency, owned and operated by a small group of dedicated and passionate people who believe in providing the best care. At RJ Healthcare Services we pride ourselves on being available to clients and their families through some of life’s hardest moments. As a trusted provider of private care services for more than 20 years, our goal is to provide affordable, compassionate, reliable, and quality care in order to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of our clients and their families. We believe in providing dependable care that is customized to each individual. One way we accomplish this is through client and caregiver matching to ensure compatibility and comfort throughout the course of care. We offer: companionship, personal care services, and community-based skilled nursing services in Ocean and Monmouth County. As a company that values family, cooperation, and communication, we hope that you will reach out so we can answer any of your questions. While our office may only be open Monday-Friday, our services and on-call staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The owner, and Administrator, Ranjit Singh, started this business twenty years ago with the support of her husband Mohinder Singh. She chose “RJ” to represent the love she has for her two children and to remind herself every day why she works so hard to give families the care and attention they deserve. She believes that at the end of the day, family, compassion, and doing what’s right matters most. Working as a nurse, she found that more and more people preferred to provide care to their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes. She also realized that the availability and accessibility of home health care professionals did not meet the demand for those specific services. By starting RJ Healthcare Services, she hoped that her small agency could provide families with the peace of mind knowing that their loved ones were in the care of people who also value family. With the few nurses she had, she built a place where family members could arrange services they wanted, but previously could not find, a relationship with the local community, and a presence in senior care centers. Now, twenty years later, the agency still provides intimate and personal care and has become one of the most reliable and expansive home care services while still maintaining the small close-knit feeling that family members and their loved ones deserve.
