New Yoga Class - Hatha Flow with Kat on Fridays @ 9:15am. Hatha flow is a style of yoga that combines the slow, alignment-focused poses of traditional Hatha yoga with the flowing, breath-synchronized movements of Vinyasa yoga. It involves moving through a series of poses (asanas) in a steady, mindful sequence, with a slower pace than typical Vinyasa, allowing time to focus on breath and refine alignment. This practice aims to build strength, flexibility, and a strong mind-body connection.
