Recently at McBryde Therapy OPS, we have undergone some remodeling. We have redone our break room area to now have a full-size, workable kitchen space. We have been so excited for this to happen for our clients. We can now work on functional ADLs in a kitchen setting with a more appropriately set-up space. Ms. Laura and a couple of kids took full advantage of the new space this morning, whipping up some tasty snacks.

OT session working on sound aversions!
Went through the car wash without any aversion or signs of anxiety. Mrs. Jordin talked her through what to expect and discussed the different sounds, smells and steps of the car wash to ease anxiety. Completed with all smiles & Mrs. Jordin now has a clean car. Oakleigh was rewarded with a peach smoothie from But First Coffee for being so brave! ๐Ÿง‹
