What is stimming??
What does this look like you may ask: Please keep in mind the following are only some examples of the vast ways of stimming!

Auditory (hearing): humming, repeating words, or making specific repetitive sounds
Visual (vision): staring at lights or moving objects, or repetitive eye blinking
Vestibular (movement): body rocking, spinning, or jumping
Tactile (touch): rubbing hands together, stroking objects, or skin-scratching
Oral/Olfactory (mouth/smell): chewing on objects, biting nails, or smelling objects
