Hello everyone, sadly one of our fellow members JR Redding passed away yesterday.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Greenlawn South Funeral Home from 2pm-4pm.

There will be a military funeral on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 10 am at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.

Hello everyone, for those of you don’t know me my name is Will Koehler. I have been a member of the EDGETA group for 2 years and recently have took on the role of helping run this page along with Shelley Elliott. I’m putting this post out tonight as a first but maybe it will be a continuation? I wanted to remind everyone of the EDGTA meeting that will be this Saturday February 7th, at 6 pm taking place at the First Christian Church in Republic, MO.
Two important things come to mind for the meeting. The dinner will be potluck but, the theme is Chili so bring your own, or some crackers or make some Cornbread! Secondly, it is that time of year again to renew your club dues for either or both EDGETA and OSEA. I will post the amounts below.
I hope you all enjoyed this post and let me know if you would like to see more like it I will leave my contact information below. If you have any questions or would like me to post something or if you attend a show and want to share pictures. Of course you can also send things to Shelly as well since she has been doing this far longer than I have. I hope to see you at the meeting.

This little 1946 Case VAC tractor, owned by OSEA & Br 16 member, James Deskins, knows how to work! You can see it in action during our upcoming show - Sept 17-20, 2026 - working in the sorghum shed.

We’re especially looking forward to this show featuring all Case steam engines, tractors, and equipment as part of the J.I. Case Heritage Foundation EXPO .. with special guest - Kory Anderson’s 150HP Case Steam Engine - the largest steam traction engine in the world!
