Ash Grove Healthcare Facility, Medicare and Medicaid certified, is part of a technologically advanced healthcare complex consisting of a physician clinic, senior living apartments, Home Medical Equipment store and local pharmacy. This 82-bed long-term skilled nursing care facility was built in 2002 and offers a variety of services, including a 20-bed special care unit specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia. Ash Grove Healthcare Facility offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for all ages provided by full-time, in-house therapists. We offer transitional (between hospital and home) care covered by Medicare and most major insurances. The Ash Grove Independent Living apartments offer seniors the opportunity to remain independent in a home of their own, close to healthcare professionals and facilities. Our apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom units with a full kitchen with electric appliances, a living room, covered patio and an oversized one-car garage. Utilities, trash pickup, maintenance and lawn-service fees are covered through the rental agreements. They are located on the same campus (within walking distance) as our long-term care facility, physician clinic, Home Medical Equipment store and the local pharmacy.
