We serve all ages, and offer both in-clinic and community-based services, such as ARMHS, CTSS and in-home therapy. Additionally, Ellie offers psychiatric medication management, psychological evaluation and testing, therapy groups. 🌀 Feeling overwhelmed? Try the TIPP method to regain control during a panic attack.

T - Temperature: Splash cold water on your face or hold an ice pack to cool down.
I - Intense Exercise: Jump, run, or do quick squats to burn off that adrenaline.
P - Paced Breathing: Slow it down—inhale for 4, exhale for 6.
P - Paired Muscle Relaxation: Tense a muscle group as you inhale, then relax as you exhale.
