🌀 Feeling overwhelmed? Try the TIPP method to regain control during a panic attack.

T - Temperature: Splash cold water on your face or hold an ice pack to cool down.
I - Intense Exercise: Jump, run, or do quick squats to burn off that adrenaline.
P - Paced Breathing: Slow it down—inhale for 4, exhale for 6.
P - Paired Muscle Relaxation: Tense a muscle group as you inhale, then relax as you exhale.

Myth: “Therapy is just too expensive.” 💸
Let’s bust that.

Yes, therapy can be pricey, but there are way more options than many people realize. From using insurance or your HSA/FSA, to exploring sliding scale fees or EAP benefits through work, there are real, accessible ways to make therapy affordable.

In this video, one of our therapists, Davin, is walking you through options that might be available to you or someone you know. Mental health support shouldn’t feel out of reach.

Save this for yourself or send it to a friend who’s been putting off therapy because of cost.

THIS is what we mean when we talk about de-stigmatizing mental health care. ⬇ Here are four ways you can start:

1. Share your personal experiences in therapy or with medication. By talking about it, you are demonstrating that it's okay to ask for help and that seeking support is positive.

2. Be mindful of the language you use. Avoid stigmatizing terms and stereotypes associated with mental health (i.e. "the weather is so bipolar today").

3. Talk about how you're being proactive and taking care of your mental health. Share tips and strategies for managing stress and promoting mental wellness.

4. Share this video on your own social media platforms to keep the conversation going!
