Happy New Year everyone!!! 2023 was a great year and I became certified in Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and Craniosacral therapy (CST)

MLD is a gentle technique that's great for detoxification from
-autoimmune diseases
-Lyme
-Lymphedema
And Post surgery to prevent fibrosis and reduce swelling speeding up recovery.
CST is a specific hands on technique to help put your nervous system into rest and digest which allows your body to heal. Very beneficial for trauma recovery, TMJ, migraines and anxiety.
