Researchers have found that when it comes to concussions, playing on artificial turf is no more dangerous than playing on grass fields...
Just in case, here are some concussion recommendations for the first 24 hours:
✔️When in doubt, seek immediate medical attention. Concussions can be deadly.
✔️If you do not need hospitalization and you are allowed to return home, you should have a responsible attendant stay with you for the first 24 hours.
✔️You should sleep with your head slightly elevated for the first 24 hours.
✔️You should drink only clear fluids for the first 8-12 hours.
✔️After 8-12 hours, you may begin with light meals and progress to a normal diet over the next day.
✔️You should avoid unnecessary physical and mental activity for the first 24 hours.
✔️Getting “your bell rung” frequently involves injuries to neck muscles and joints. Call your chiropractor for an assessment ASAP.

New research has shown that a simple stretch may help. 👇
Carpal Tunnel Stretch:
Stand with your affected palm flat on the wall in front of you at chest level. Your fingers should be pointing straight up with your wrist bent 90 degrees. Place your unaffected fingertips beneath the thumb-side of your palm. Flatten your fingers entirely against the wall while you gently pull your thumb-side palm away from the wall. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds and repeat four times per day or as directed.
