Acorn Health is pleased to announce Mony Iyer as our new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 15, 2025.

Iyer has more than 20 years of experience leading large, mission-driven organizations. Most recently, he served as president of Banfield Pet Hospital, one of the largest veterinary companies in the US. Prior to that he was vice president of specialty healthcare services for Walmart, president of OneSight, and vice president for Luxottica Group. He is recognized for championing culture, empowering clinicians, and strengthening organizations to serve families.

Our 2nd Annual Family Fun Day in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, area was one for the books!

Families, staff, and volunteers came together for a day full of sensory-friendly activities, shared laughs, and real connection. It was nearly three times the size of last year’s event, and the energy was incredible from start to finish.

A special thank you to Ariana Carr, Kentwood’s Lead RBT, for leading the planning committee, and to the volunteers across our Acorn Health centers who helped make this day so meaningful.
