As we remember those lost during 9/11, 18 years ago. Let us also pay homage to the First Responders (with 2 AND 4 legs) who worked tirelessly that day! Did you know that there are K9's that are specially trained as disaster-search dogs?
akc.org About 300 dog/handler search teams responded to 9/11, but only about 100 were prepared for the size of the disaster at Ground Zero.
Who doesn't love a blue-eyed bombshell? China came in to get a pedicure and her wellness updates. What a pretty girl!
“Replace the weight of the world on your shoulders…with the warmth of a dog at your feet.” -Unknown
Everyone meet Morris! Newest patient who loves everything from cheese to kisses! So brave for his first visit to the doctor.
We are definitely on our way into Fall! Queen Valerie says to make sure to bundle up on this beautiful day and to enjoy your weekend!
Who says cats can't wear t-shirts?! Show us your fur-babies dressed in their cute outfits!
Does everybody remember sweet Charley? Look how she has grown into a young lady! We love watching our babies grow.

This is a tick and a poppy seed under a microscope. We removed the tick from Vallie the chihuahua today. Seed ticks will go unnoticed on your dog because there is just no way to see them under the fur. We recommend Nexgard to kill ticks on your dog before they transmit disease.
Finally! An FDA approved oral product that PREVENTS Lyme disease! We carry it!
fda.gov FDA has approved NexGard (afoxolaner), a chewable tablet administered once monthly to dogs, for the prevention of Borrelia burgdorferi (B. burgdorferi) infections by killing Black-legged ticks (Ixodes scapularis), which carry the bacterium.
