Scarlett and Rosie greeting their tech today
We thank you for the exceptional care you provided to these two!!
This is Mochi - she is part Yorkie, part Bichon frise and part unicorn. Dr. P is her vet and she is very kind and good to Mochi. Special thanks to Brittany ❤ who works there. She has been so incredibly kind and thankful. Giving us knowledge and tips for puppyhood. Everyone there is very nice! 😁🐾
Zero (0) Stars Review I called in on Tuesday 4/7/20 and talked to Marsha who was supposed to send me some forms to fill out (she never did) and was supposed to put me on the schedule for Friday 4/10/20 @10am in the Brambleton Office (she never did). I am surprised because we had a good chat about my two new Yorkers. My husband showed up at the Brambleton Office. The receptionist there told him to step out of the office and wait outside. Understandable with this situation of the virus. He waited 30min. He saw the receptionist come and call in every other person with their pet. Coincidentally, he was the only colored person in the group waiting outside. However, receptionist should be civilized and explain what the procedure is before barking orders. I thought as a medical center, you would need patients/clients. I called the Ashburn office and Marsha picked up. She informed I was not on the schedule and never was. WOW, talk about a chaotic office. If the center cannot handle the administrative part, I could imagine the rest. I wouldn’t trust this medical center with my puppies. Please do not hide my review or delete. Other folks need to know how you treat prospect clients. Karen
We can’t thank Dr Ellie and everyone at both locations enough for taking such great care of Seamus. Our 12 year old Wheaten thinks he’s hit the fountain of youth. Rediscovering his toy box and jumping around like he’s a puppy again!
please share, no matter what state you are in reward increased ,no questions asked $5000.00 reward reward also applies to anyone who has information that leads to Izzie being found safe and getting back home , she is chipped and chip company notified , could be anywhere, last seen in Iron Station NC on July 12th. but if picked up could be anywhere if found please call or text 7045774581
HUGE shoutout to Dr Ellie for helping us (again & again) with Sawyer and his bandage on his leg! This little stinker is quite the Houdini and keeping us all on our toes! Thank you for squeezing us in tonight at the last minute!!! You guys are THE BEST!!!! (He’s resting now, but I’m pretty sure he’s plotting his next move 🤣😂)
Got my big boy rabies shot today. But Dr Grasso did such a good job I didn’t even feel it, it might’ve been the cheese. ❤️
New to Town – Need a Veterinarian Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community. Our Welcome Kits feature and direct these new families to a small number of local businesses for the goods, services & professionals that they need to find. Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one Veterinarian, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being the featured Veterinarian in our local Welcome Kits. It is worthy to note that, according to Dr. Cathy Goodwin in her book “Making the Big Move”, 55% of new residents and families seek out a new Veterinarian shortly after their relocation. As such, more than one-half of our Welcome Kit recipients are actively looking for a new Vet. I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail. Please reply to this email with your availability or call me at your earliest convenience. For a faster response, or if you prefer, feel free to text me on my cell which is listed in my signature. Thanks. Karla Cain (540) 664-5514
Three years ago you helped us with the loss of our dog Petey. And a week ago you again comforted us with the loss of our beloved Miss Kitty. You folks have been so compassionate and let us spend as much time as we wanted with her. Thank you so much Dr. Taylor and staff for your amazing kindness during our loss.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff. Last week my 18.5 year old cat Tux, was at the end of her life. The staff here took great care of Tux, they explained the process and were able to see Tux and me immediately (my regular vet "couldn't" fit me in, even in an emergency). I will be changing vets as a result of this. Thank u to Kelly too and the doctor working that day. You both helped with your kind words and your actions. Thank you very much. I look forward to changing care of my pups to you.

We're your other family doctor! We help you make the best decisions for you and your unique pet. Also have a holistic veterinarian, Dr. Grasso, on staff.

[03/17/20]   Dear Clients of Animal Medical Centers

We are OPEN! Pets still need medical care too!

Our goal is to maintain social distance and human gathering in our facility, while being available for any pets' medical needs.

Please expect a different appointment flow. Clients are encouraged to drive up and call in at their appointment arrival time. We will let clients know when to walk their pet in. Pet examinations and treatments will be done while clients safely wait outside or in their car. If a standard exam room appointment is requested we will consider available options and do our best to accommodate special needs. Invoicing and payments will occur over the phone and receipts e-mailed.

If you need to pick up medication or food, we will take the payment over the phone and walk the medications out to your car.

Thank you for your patience during this time!!!

The Legacy of 9/11 Dogs 18 Years Later – American Kennel Club

As we remember those lost during 9/11, 18 years ago. Let us also pay homage to the First Responders (with 2 AND 4 legs) who worked tirelessly that day! Did you know that there are K9's that are specially trained as disaster-search dogs? About 300 dog/handler search teams responded to 9/11, but only about 100 were prepared for the size of the disaster at Ground Zero.

Who doesn't love a blue-eyed bombshell? China came in to get a pedicure and her wellness updates. What a pretty girl!
