Do you eat enough plants?
I try my best but always fall short of the recommended 7-13 servings of fruit and veggies. That’s A LOT!

The simplest thing I have done to get more plants into my diet is these little capsules! Every day I eat over 40 different plants. Not a synthetic vitamin but crushed plant powders. Simple. Easy. Done!

Thursday Night we will have a zoom presentation of our Tower Garden. Let me know if you are interested in joining. The pictures of the lettuce and spinach are from my Tower that has grown all winter. I kept it covered during the frost and ice.

As the school year has begun for most students across the country, we dream of a healthier world where everyone can have access to and grow their own fresh produce.

Tower Garden is just the tool for teaching kids the importance of healthy eating. And wonderfully in our experience, what kids grow in school, will more likely to be eaten at home.

I would be delighted to share further information to any interested schools out there.
