This month as we GO RED for Heart Health Month I am challenging all of you to join HKPC in exercising at least 30 minutes a day five times a week.
At the end of the month HKPC will tally all of the minutes from all participants and will convert the minutes into a monetary donation to Loudoun Hunger Relief.
The only cost to you is your time and maximizing your heart health ❤️❤️

The telephone lines are open during regular business hours today and we are OFFERING TELEMEDICINE THROUGHOUT THE DAY TODAY on a case by case basis for non life threatening patient care.

🥂HAPPY ANNIVERSARY HKPC🥂

FB Fam!! Please humor me as I take a moment to commemorate the 17th Anniversary of Healthy Kids Pediatric Center.
It is so true that that time flies when you are having fun! Watching these amazing kiddos grow from “Cradle to College” is such a gift. The world of medicine is quite different than what my naïve 3 year old self perceived it to be, yet I continue to be in awe of the profound impact that I am lucky enough to have on these amazing HKPC Kiddos!
Thank you to my mentors as well as my supportive friends and family who brought me to this point! A big thank you to my outstanding staff who give their all each and everyday!

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month- a time to honor and remember children and families that are affected.

During the month of September:

25,000 families around the world will get the horrible news that their child or teen has cancer.
6,667 families will experience the loss of a child.
80 percent of childhood cancer cases can be effectively treated.

More and more children are being detected with cancer today than ever before.
