A huge thank you to our patients, friends and community for coming Tuesday night to our Loudoun Toys for Tots collection and party! 🎁🧸 The Christmas spirit was in the air and we collected just shy of 150 toys! Thank you Santa for making a stop at our party during your busy season 🎅🏼

Whatever it may be, ACC is here to support your goals! 💪🏽 We are excited to host a workshop with Brian Wright of Workhorse Personal Training on Saturday Jan 28 from 9-10:30. This is a Kettlebell 101 class that will teach you the ins and outs of form, strength with the use of kettlebells.

Happy Juneteenth! ❤️🖤💚 For those that do not know what Juneteenth is, or are just learning about it; it is a holiday that commemorates the official end of slavery in the United States. Despite the Emancipation Proclamation two years prior, Texas was the most remote of the slave states. On June 19, 1865 slavery officially ended in Texas and there was freedom for all in America! 🇺🇸 Celebrate Juneteenth, The Freedom Day!
