Peace begins within. Become the peace you wish to see in the rest of the world.

Reflection:
What helps me return to peace the fastest: breath, movement, nature, music, prayer, stillness?
Where am I creating inner noise (worry, self-criticism, rushing) that I’m ready to soften?
What would it look like for me to practice peace instead of waiting for peace?

What’s one “ordinary” thing I do that is actually evidence of how amazing I am?
If I fully believed “I am amazing,” what would I stop apologizing for?

You are always in process. You are always becoming. Embrace it.

Who am I becoming through what I’m practicing repeatedly, intentionally or unintentionally?
What old version of me is ready to be released with gratitude, not shame?
If I trusted that growth is happening even when it’s messy, what would I keep showing up for?

What kind of strength am I being asked to embody right now, endurance, softness, courage, boundaries, or asking for help?
Where have I been underestimating myself, and what proof do I have that I can do hard things?
What would “strong” look like today if it also included compassion for myself?

No one does it better than you. Trust in the skills you posses and know that you have all you need to succeed.

What skill, quality, or practice am I willing to devote myself to, and what “tiny daily reps” would build mastery?
Where am I asking for perfection, when progress and consistency are the real path?
If I trusted my ability to learn, what would I practice on purpose this week?
