This week, we’re thrilled to spotlight Nikita Shah, whose dedication to real-world engagement sets her apart.

Nikita consistently goes the extra mile—literally. She attended our July 22 professional networking event in Fairfax and made meaningful in-person connections that go far beyond the screen.

She secured RSVPs for the Project Lifesaver event, and rather than stopping at outreach, she visited the organization in person—demonstrating that real impact often happens face-to-face.

Nikita also met with professionals from Capital ABA to learn more about the path from psychology degree to licensed therapist. Her curiosity and initiative are evident not just in her questions, but in her thoughtful follow-through—she sends thank-you messages to those who share their time and expertise.
