Combining Yoga Nidra and acupuncture, this unique experience will allow moms and moms-to-be to deeply relax and unwind! 🧘🏼‍♀️
During the event, you will experience guided yoga Nidra meditation, which helps to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Each participant will receive a simple acupuncture treatment from Isabel to further enhance their relaxation and well-being. 😌
