These Olympic athletes have me leaning into being my most authentic self ( you are a queen!!), so here’s my unpolished announcement from my kitchen… Due to the snowy weather, we will be opening the practice to patient care on a 2-hour delay on Monday February 23rd to allow patients and team members ample time to get to their appointments safely. I will continue to monitor road conditions throughout the evening and into the morning. My fingers are crossed that roads will clear up — because small business owners and moms across the region can handle another snow storm! 😅🫠

My team and I will be monitoring phones/texts/emails starting at 7am and we hope to be in the office for our 10am appointments. If you are currently scheduled or need to schedule, please call or text at 703-406-8600. And circle back to this account for updates! 💗

Lunch with the gals! During the day we are always on the go — moving together in a coordinated effort to care for our patients and support each other. So it’s nice to slow down, share good food, and catch up on each other’s lives. I’m always thankful for my team and the work they put in. 🫶🏽 Work-life balance isn’t just for after-hours. 🍲

Another year around the sun and I’m feeling so lucky and blessed to be surrounded by amazing people day in and day out. 🩷 A huge “thank you” to my team for making me feel special today! And for this beautiful charcuterie board made by hand by one of our hygienists’ husbands. It’s stunning!

Whether you spent this weekend enjoying the great outdoors with your kiddos ☃️, cozying up by a fire with a cup of coffee ☕️, or rewatched your favorite hockey romance (if you know you know! 🔥) — we hope you embraced the chance to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Today (January 27), we will be back in the office to inspire smiles. Due to weather and school closures, we will be operating on a condensed schedule with limited team coverage from 10am-2pm.

It is our highest priority to make sure our patients and team members feel safe on the roads. If you have requested to be rescheduled a member of our team will be in touch in the upcoming days to make sure you don’t fall off track with your dental health.

As always, we will continue to monitor weather and road conditions as this winter unfolds. Stay warm. Stay safe. And don’t forget to floss! 🥰

And that’s a wrap on patient care for 2025! 🫶🏽 We are always so thankful for the trust our patients have in us to care for their smiles. This team of amazing women are always inspiring and motivating patients to meet and exceed their healthy goals — and always having fun in the process! It’s been a busy year and we are all looking forward to time with family and friends this holiday season. ❤️

Our office lines will be closed Dec 24-26 and December 31-January 1, but I will be monitoring our text messages throughout the entire holiday break for emergencies. We look forward to seeing everyone back in the office on January 5, 2026!! ✨

Inspired smiles inspire smiles!! 🫶🏽 We love the cheerful confidence Terri brings to the office now that she’s sporting an upgraded smile. And we are so thankful for the beautiful flowers she gifted each and every one of our team members as a “thank you” for the care they provide.

Smile Design rehabs are my favorite part of being a functional and cosmetic dentist. I see people transform before my very eyes. And it’s not just their smile. It’s the life regained, the sparkle in their eyes, their pep in their step — or in this case, their “wait, hold my walker, I’m standing for this shot.” 👸🏼 Everyone deserves to feel their best. ✨

What happens when you give caregivers and moms $500 to spend on themselves in an hour and a half?? 😍🤯 We had such a fun time this past weekend catching up over lunch and shopping at . This team has worked so well together this past year through various changes, hard-earned growth, team development, and personal life moments — I wanted to celebrate THEM! While I don’t believe this season is about material things — I do know that these women spend so much time caring for others and making sure the season is magical for their families, and I wanted to challenge them to treat themselves for a change! To splurge without guilt. 😍 What I didn’t expect was to learn so much about each of these ladies as we shared our wish lists, texted lightheartedly throughout the shopping spree, and helped each other locate items before time ran out! ⏱️

I am always so thankful to work with amazing women who show kindness and enthusiasm when caring for our community of patients. And as the year comes to an end I hope we all reflect on the ways we inspire smiles in our day to day lives. 🫶🏽

As an educator and clinician, I am always learning and leaning into opportunities to grow. Dental technology is ever-changing and I love investing in the latest gadgets — but sometimes putting the technology into use can be daunting! And, honestly, some technology has been sitting on my desk starting at me with longing eyes waiting to be put to good use. 🫠

I am so thankful for the folks at for putting together courses that help me gain greater understanding and confidence in implementing an even greater digital workflow in my private practice. I’m excited to put my education to work on Monday and to see how my team and patients are positively impacted by my strengthened knowledge! 🙌🏽
