Sweet sweet violets! Gather them while they still in bloom 🌱

And here just few signatures or hints from the nature, guiding us how we can work with this medicine:

Spring Equinox ☀️

I am outside and my hands are touching the earth. Feeling the vibration of life beneath, buzzing , waking up and ready to be born.
I am so looking forward to the early spring ground cover to take the first breath of the chill morning air and open itself to the ever-growing warmth of the sun.
The season is finally turning, reminding us that for everything, there is a time and purpose.
I am submerging myself into this energy, thinking what plants will re-grow again and what seeds do I want to plant for the first time.
I think about what changed within me during winter, what will emerge and what will never return.
I am awakening with the land, cleansing my home, sauna, garden - to be ready for my work that I love so much.
