Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab offers 88 skilled beds, most are private rooms with bathrooms. Pleasant Manor offers all skilled services plus many amenities. Full therapy services offered in new therapy department. Pleasant Manor Nursing and Rehab has been selected as one of ten nursing homes in Arkansas to participate in culture change. This is a program that is changing the way nursing homes have been managed in the past. Many residents now enter just for rehab to return to their homes. Pleasant Manor culture change allows residents to manage their own decisions regarding when they eat, as Pleasant Manor has restaurant style dining, when they bathe, shower and in fact control the timing of their care. Pleasant Manor also allows residents that a physically and mentally able to care for their pets to bring them to with them to nursing home.

Our residents put their Valentine skills to the test with a Stacking Hearts challenge! 💕
First, they had to guess how many hearts they thought they could stack… then it was time to stack them up and reveal the actual total!

Oh, and once the hearts were standing tall… the fun really began

We added a little balloon toss action to activities at Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab, and it was a hit! Our residents got those arms moving, muscles working as balloons floated through the air.

Activities like these help keep our residents active, engaged, and having FUN and that’s what it’s all about! ❤️🎈
