This is a program that is changing the way nursing homes h

ave been managed in the past. Many residents now enter just for rehab to return to their homes. Pleasant Manor culture change allows residents to manage their own decisions regarding when they eat, as Pleasant Manor has restaurant style dining, when they bathe, shower and in fact control the timing of their care. Pleasant Manor also allows residents that a physically and mentally able to care for their pets to bring them to with them to nursing home.

Our residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with smiles, fellowship, and honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Days like today remind us how special these moments together truly are. ❤️🤍💙

10:00 activity time was “The Price is Right!” 🛒💲 Residents were shown different items and had to guess today’s prices from our local Walmart. The closest guess without going over took home the prize! 🏆 Lots of laughs, friendly competition, and fun seeing who knew their shopping prices best! ❤️🎉

Day 5 of Nursing Home Week at Pleasant Manor Nursing & Rehab was an absolute BLAST with our Outdoor Fun Day! ☀️🎉
Residents soaked up the beautiful sunshine while enjoying a full day packed with laughter, games, and unforgettable memories! From badminton 🏸, toss ball ⚾, bubbles 🫧, cheese ball toss 🧀, and so much more — the fun never stopped!
To top it all off, everyone enjoyed delicious hotdogs 🌭 and refreshing sodas 🥤 while making the most of this gorgeous day outdoors.
Smiles were shining, laughter filled the air, and our residents truly had the best time celebrating! Here’s to making every moment special during Nursing Home Week! ❤️

🌺 Nursing Home Week – Day 4: Let’s Go to Hawaii! 🌴

Aloha from our very own Luau celebration! 🌞🌺 yesterday was filled with tropical vibes, joyful music, and lots of smiles as our residents and staff enjoyed a Hawaiian-themed day to remember. 🎶

Residents danced, sang along, and truly embraced the island spirit. 💃🕺

Everyone had a taste of the tropics with refreshing juicy tropical fruit, and delicious pineapple meatballs and Hawaiian Sliders 🍍🍤🍢

We’re so grateful to celebrate these special moments with our residents and staff. 🌈✨
