Benefits of working on your muscle knots! They either hurt like who knows what or they feel good. When you have body tension it restricts movement and can cause stagnation in the body that could produce inflammation and body compensations.

Stretch, warm them up to work on them, and feel the movement. Get a massage for your wellness.

The first 10 people to register by emailing petadoptions@sheetspetclinic.com will have 24 hours to submit registration fee via a designated donation link to have their spots reserved. If registration fee isn’t paid within 24 hours of received the link, their spot will be released. All reservation fees go directly to supporting our adoption program foster kittens’ vetting 😻
