To ensure all students — new and returning — have equal access to classes, we’ve made a few policy updates. Students may book up to 2 weeks in advance, recurring bookings have been removed, and our late cancel window is now 8 hours. If canceling within that window, members will be charged a $10 fee and class pass holders will lose a pass. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Show up, sign up, and move with intention — on your mat and in your life.

It’s also important to be mindful when signing up for classes. We are so grateful for your commitment to showing up for yourself, and we want to help hold you accountable while giving everyone an equal opportunity to practice. Thank you for honoring our shared space and community!

I feel like in the hustle and grind of everyday life the one thing we can lose touch with the most is our body. It’s so important to take time to notice how our body feels, what it needs, without judgement.

What is it that your body has taught you this year?

For me,
It’s okay to be tired, we need to listen to those moments, lean in and rest.

Sometimes the biggest leaps we will make with our physical capabilities is from rest.

But also equally important is to take time to nurture your body, this should be a ritual, a routine, whether your routine is 2x a week, 3x or everyday. Prioritize it within your schedule and know that it is enough.

I would love to hear what your body has taught you this year? What you have learned, the good and the bad. It is through both that we grow.

Every Christmas I find myself feeling a little nostalgic—remembering the excitement of falling asleep as a child, waking up to Santa’s magic, and gathering at my grandma’s house for Christmas breakfast filled with foods only made once a year. Now, I get to create that same magic for my own children.

As we grow, families change, children move away, and traditions evolve. Yoga reminds us not to cling to what once was or what we expect things to be, but to fully appreciate what is right in front of us. I’m deeply grateful for the Christmas memories of my childhood, and equally grateful for the ones I’m creating now—different, yet just as magical.

We’d love to hear about your Christmas: a tradition you still cherish, a favorite memory, food, or activity. For me, it’s Christmas night—when everything quiets down and it’s just me and my kids, soaking in all we’ve been blessed with. Please share yours and help us spread the Christmas spirit. 🎄✨

✨ Christmas Week Schedule Update ✨
Be sure to check out our revised schedule for Christmas week. We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and find time to slow down, step onto your mat, and enjoy special moments with family and friends during this busy season.

Christina’s Winter Solstice at The Spiral Yoga Studio ✨
Join us December 21 from 3:00–4:30 PM for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice practice honoring the longest night of the year and the return of the light. This gentle, yin-inspired class will include supported postures, guided Yoga Nidra, candlelight meditation, and time to create your Sankalpa (intentions for the new year). Each student will receive a citrine star crystal.

Please bring bolsters, blankets, or any props you’d like for comfort, along with a journal and pen for reflection. This is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you rest, reflect, and gently awaken your inner light.

As we close out the season, we just want to say how deeply thankful we are for this community — for every friendship formed inside these walls, every smile shared before class, the conversations that linger after, and the energy you bring each time you roll out your mat.

Thank you to our incredible instructors for gently (and sometimes boldly!) nudging us out of our comfort zones and guiding real growth.

Thank you for the sweat, the breath, the movement, the stillness…

…and of course, for the cold lavender towels and the sweetest moments of shavasana 🤍
