Occasional swelling after a long day on your feet or extended travel can be normal. But persistent or sudden swelling may be your body’s way of asking for attention.
It’s time to talk to your doctor if you notice:
• Swelling in only one leg
• Pain, warmth, or redness
• Swelling that appears suddenly
• Skin changes or shortness of breath
• Swelling that doesn’t improve with rest or elevation
While compression socks can help support circulation and reduce everyday swelling, they’re not a substitute for medical evaluation when symptoms feel unusual or severe.
Trust your instincts. If something feels different, it’s worth checking in.
Your leg health matters. 💙
