Understanding no one would be at the patientโ€™s side, Barbara immediately stepped in. She sat with the patient, held the patientโ€™s hand, spoke gently to the patient, and sang to the patient, offering comfort, peace, and dignity.

Her presence was described as heartfelt, with genuine companionship and compassion.

A huge thank you to all of the Randolph Health staff who worked tirelessly throughout the winter storm. Day shift and night shift never missed a beat, showing up no matter the conditions. Whether it was by car, truck, ATV, or a team leader making pickups, our staff made sure patients always came first.
