🎄☀️ It’s a wrap! 🎁✨

When Pro-PT first started, we knew we never wanted to be just another tray of cookies on a conference room table during Christmas… 🍪🙅‍♀️ So, Christmas in July was born! 🎅🏼🌴

Every year starting in May, we put our heads together 🤝💡 to dream up the best way to say a BIG “thank you” to the providers who trust us with their patients. This year? An assembly line of coolers 🧊, drinks 🥤, sunscreen 🧴, beach towels 🏖️ and snacks 🍫 — over 70 delivered with smiles and handshakes! 👋🏼💙

It’s a labor of love (and lots of time 😅), but so worth it to personally thank the amazing providers and staff who help keep us doing what we love!

He’s outnumbered here at Pro-PT, but thankfully has our male pups to even the odds 🐶🐾. He puts up with our daily shenanigans, constant chatter, and still manages to keep us laughing with his jokes (even if he’s shivering the whole time 🥶).

What does physical therapy look like after a total knee replacement at Pro-PT? 🦵✨
First up — we focus on getting that knee moving again! Early on, we work on regaining your range of motion from 0-90 degrees (bend it like Beckham… but gently!). ✅
You’ll be up and walking with full weight bearing, building strength in those leg muscles 💪, keeping inflammation and pain under control 🧊, and working toward a smooth, normal walking pattern again. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
