Grief is often more than just sadness—it’s brain fog, physical exhaustion, and navigating a world that expects you to “move on” before you’re ready. If you’ve ever felt like your grief is “weird” or overwhelming, you aren’t alone.

Join us for a FREE 3-part educational series where we peel back the curtain on the parts of loss that rarely get talked about. This isn’t a traditional support session – we’ll utilize various activities to learn how grief works and how to navigate the “ripples” it causes in life.

What No One Tells You About Grief (3-Part Series)
☑️Part I: The Grief Brain
June 16 | 3 – 4 p.m.
Hospice of the Piedmont (1801 Westchester Drive, High Point)

☑️Part II: Ripple Effect
