This is a relaxed, welcoming space where caregivers can come together over a cup of coffee to share experiences, challenges, and support. This informal gathering offers a compassionate environment to discuss the emotional toll of caregiving, including the often-overlooked aspects of anticipatory grief.

Whether you’re caring for a loved one with a chronic illness or navigating end-of-life transitions, this is a place to connect, reflect, and find comfort in community.

Our Kids Path program is offering "My Grief Suitcase" - a free and interactive art therapy workshop for children and teens (ages 5 - 18) who have lost a loved one.

About this workshop:
Grief can be a heavy load for anyone to carry. It’s always with you, it can change weight, and it even opens unexpectedly! Children will learn how to pack lighter, releasing emotions, concerns and challenges that may be weighing them down. Each child will create a suitcase that they will fill with memories, feelings, and coping strategies that help to lighten the load of grief.

There are two opportunities to participate:
