This Saturday at 9:00-9:45am, I’m offering a free Animal Flow class. This is a fun and unique bodyweight mobility class that will challenge all fitness levels. Come out and try something new and meet some new people! My 8 week Animal Flow series will begin the following Saturday, so this is a great chance to see if you want to diver deeper.

For those who don’t know me, I’m Kai - personal trainer and massage therapist.

I named my business “Move With Kai” because my goal is to encourage people to move more, plain and simple. You can get lost in the weeds in the world of fitness, but the bottom line is, we have to move more as a culture and have fun doing it. Find something that you enjoy that gets you off the couch and do that - often. Carve out frequent 2 minute breaks for movement snacks, walk a lot, spend time on the floor.

I utilize massage therapy to alleviate pain, speed up recovery, and increase mobility.

Fun facts about me:
1. Favorite exercise: Turkish Get-Up. If you train with me, you better believe I will have you try it 💪

2. Favorite hobby: birding. There is no better way to spend the morning than walking through the woods listening for birdsong and watching birds do their thing.

3. I used to be a Montessori elementary teacher. Way back in the day, I used to love teaching kids about botany, ecology, math, and art.

4. I played a year of Division 3 baseball - 2nd baseman. Baseball used to by my everything.

5. My name means “seashell” in Japanese and I have Japanese heritage. 🐚
