Today I had a couple of my friends over for my very first time hosting an “erotic recess!”

We shared a little about what our relationship is like with asking for what we need….

We shared in self pleasure as we were guided by Carlin Ross’s audio recording of how to do the rock and roll technique…

And we shared some time where our s*xual energy was not about performing for someone else or even in a romantic context. The energy was directed inwards, toward loving ourselves just as we are, but it was also shared in a sisterhood.

Today I had the honor of holding the space for a woman while she practiced the rock n' roll technique of .

In this role, I am a guide and a witness, and I take notes so you can be in your body and not worry about the details. We learn, every time, however things unfold, that you, indeed, are "normal." (I can tell you how and why.)
