I want to share something personal with you, because Sacred Sexual Man isn’t just a course I created—it’s a path I had to walk myself.
My training as a clinical mental health therapist, combined with my spiritual studies leading me into chaplaincy and spiritual counseling, put me face-to-face with a conflict I couldn’t ignore:
The world of psychotherapy sees healing one way. The world of spirituality sees it another. And when I looked at my own life—I knew neither world held the full picture.
In my teens and college years, I struggled with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I went through the conventional system—therapy and pharmaceuticals. I grew up in the Roman Catholic Church. Those systems gave me some foundation. But they didn’t fully address what was inside me.
I was craving something deeper—especially a spiritual purpose and a deep, soul-level s*xual union with a woman. But I didn’t have a roadmap. And with mental and emotional instability, a strong desire to be spiritual and s*xual, and the ease of access to p**n… it was hard to find my way.
P**n was easy. Connection was not.
So I had to take the long road. My own healing and spiritual journey unfolded outside the bounds of the traditional institutions I had once turned to.
That path led me to:
▪️ Traditional and spiritual counseling
▪️ Depth psychology and shadow work
▪️ Holistic healing: chiropractic, herbs, acupuncture, energy work, plant medicine
▪️ Spiritual communities like Unity Church, Agape Spiritual Center, Global Center for Christ Consciousness, and Native traditions
▪️ Men’s work and sacred brotherhood
▪️ Embodiment and energy practices like qigong, psychic development, Taoist s*xual arts
And it was all in service to one thing: To fully ground the presence of God in my being—including in my s*xuality.
I had to create a new framework that honors both the clinical therapy world and the spiritual world—while also transcending their limitations. That framework is what Sacred Sexual Man is built on.
This course is not just about learning techniques. It’s about helping men access deep emotional healing through energy and embodiment—
in a way that traditional therapy often can’t touch, and that many spiritual paths avoid.
This is personal. I’ve seen the transformation in the men I’ve worked with—men who went from holding back their truth and drowning in pressure… to writing poetry, developing a podcast, completing music projects, and speaking from their hearts in ways they never imagined possible.
One man, who’s worked with me in coaching and group programs, told me that before, he had no one he could talk to about his spiritual path. Now he’s expressing himself creatively and spiritually—openly and unapologetically.
Another man, having experienced anxiety around s*xual touch, now shares with his partner in deep emotional intimacy, is s*xually self-expressed and present, and free from the stress he once experienced.
A couple years ago, I spoke at a Holistic Health Fair about the integration of mental health, spirituality, and embodiment work.
After my talk, a woman came up to me and said:
“It felt like you were speaking directly to me.”
And I smiled, because I had prayed beforehand, asking the Holy Spirit to speak through me.
There are no coincidences.
Now, this work is blossoming into what I offer through Sacred Sexual Man, and my private practice Sacred Psychotherapy.
And as I prepare to move into my new office at The Mend Collective in downtown Asheville this April…
I’m seeing the pieces of my life, training, and healing come together into something that I truly believe can help other men find their way—
Back to their bodies.
Back to their hearts.
Back to their sacred power.
Sacred Sexual Man begins tomorrow.
If this speaks to something in you—this is your invitation to join us.
Message me and let’s walk this path together.
