Further progress from before with rooms taking actual shapes, stonework behind reception desk completed, much cabinetry and lighting fixtures in. Still seems like a long ways to go to the finished space, but contractor says they are making quick work of it and aiming for March 15 move in! Maybeβ€¦πŸ€žπŸ™

After returning to his hometown in 1998, Dr. Jim Cummings practiced with Asheville Pulmonary and Critical Care for 12 years before establishing Asheville's first and only concierge medical practice in 2010 with Dr. Clay Ballantine. He graduated from the University of Virginia and attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Cummings then completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond (MCV), and fellowship training the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Cummings served as the Director of Critical Care at Mission Hospitals for seven years.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Cummings enjoys spending time with his wife and three children pursuing outdoor activities, such as hiking and camping. His true passion is fly fishing, and if he's not in the office or with his family, that's where you're likely to find him. He also enjoys exercise, golf, hunting, tennis and skiing. He is active in his church, and enjoys volunteering with Asheville Buncombe Christian Community Ministry Clinic.

Dr. Margaret Coyle has called Asheville, North Carolina her home since October, 2002 after moving here from the west coast of Florida, where she practiced comprehensive office and hospital before becoming a hospitalist and working at Mission Hospital. She joined BRPM in 2017.

Dr Coyle received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and then remained at Georgetown for four additional years, receiving her M.D. degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the New England Deaconess Hospital.

Dr. Coyle also enjoys leisure time and, when possible, likes to golf, hike, listen to music, peruse the arts and travel the world. She shares these extracurricular activities with her life partner, Bill Dufrane. Her family circle includes three siblings and five nieces, with whom she enjoys close relationships.

Dr. Elizabeth Gardner moved to Asheville in 2002 where she and her husband, Dr. John Gardner, founded Apple Valley Family Medicine. After ten years of practice, Dr. Gardner joined Blue Ridge Premiere Medicine in 2012.

Dr. Gardner grew up in Valdosta, Georgia and attended Presbyterian College. She graduated from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina-affiliated program at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

With four teenaged children, Dr. Gardner and her husband enjoy a busy family life. She can often be spotted on the sidelines of football fields and tennis courts encouraging her brood. They enjoy family vacations, especially a winter ski trip and a lazy week at the lake each summer. She starts her day with a morning workout and ends it with a few rows of stitches on her current needlework or quilting project. Church activities, volunteering at a local medical clinic, and nights out to dinner with her husband or girlfriends round out her routine.
