This is your reminder to gift yourself a nice full body stretch this morning to start your day and week off on the right foot. If you are waking up stiff and maybe even have slight pain in some areas - chances are that you could really benefit from a good stretch, and it can and often will reduce the stiffness and pain you are experiencing. Don't forget to breathe through your stretches and go slow, try to really be present with the sensations in your body as do each stretch. What an amazing and simple thing we can do to take care of ourselves! ☺️ Thank you for taking care of you!!! 🫶👏

P.S. if you have received bodywork from me - you know about this pin and stretch technique I use with almost all of my clients. (Shown in the picture below) It targets the piriformis muscle, with the goal of preventing and/or getting rid of ✨sciatica✨

I've gotcha covered with massage gift certificates! 😊 Mobile appointments are available within 30 minutes of Asheville, in office appointments are also available located inside of the Asheville Mall. Gift certificates will be delivered via email, and you may print them or send them electronically to the recipient.

Rates with the discount are as follows:

Mobile - $110 per 60 min
- $170 per 90 min
-$190 per 120 min

In office - $90 per 60 min
- $140 per 90 min

I've found a new massage home inside of the nonprofit Arms Around ASD yall! I know this sounds like a strange location. (Inside of the mall if you aren't familiar already) But here is why I am excited:

• I am neurospicy/on the spectrum myself. This means I know firsthand how massage can help regulate the nervous systems of those who are constantly over or under stimulated.

• I will have the opportunity to work with more people who have a significant need and usually less access to bodywork without the amazing work that Arms Around ASD is doing. (Said people will be autistic individuals, their caregivers and families)

• There are THREE massage treatment rooms in the back of their facility for my use any day of the week to bring in my own clients of any background, not just autistic people.

• Their boutique in the front is full of handmade local artwork made by autistic people, and 75% of sales goes to them!

• They have additional rooms for weekly activities/meet ups, support groups, cooking classes, etc.!

• Everyone who is a part of this organization has a huge and beautiful heart. They are the kinds of people I strive to be like every day, and I'm excited to be involved with this community. 💜
