I recently heard that wide leg workout pants are back. I’m not sure if I’m fully onboard but I pulled these vintage pants out of my drawer. They are certainly comfy!
I dipped back to my 2009 self that ran 40+ miles a week 😵‍💫🤪😵‍💫 (how did I have all that time???) and thanked the universe for letting me stay active and do this work with you all.

It was a great week in the studio. 🥰🥰

Clients were able to play with the advanced work using all the props to get all the feedback to these amazing bodies.
It’s a gift to be able to be with people while they return to fully being in their bodies.

It’s a gift to watch muscle memory become a thing.

It’s a gift to witness the joy and the tears and the love.
