Hey all! Dr. Lamb and I (Cat) are safe from the hurricane. We are sending thoughts and love to everyone who has been affected by hurricane Helene. It has been heavy on our hearts to see WNC in this state. All of you, have been in our hopes that you, and all of your loved ones are okay and safe.
