Contrast.... having different perspectives is part of the human experience.. In my opinion, the sweet spot is to have the capacity to find the middle ground. Where we can all come together, listen to one another and seek understanding of the different perspectives without losing our connections.
Remember " united we stand, divided we fall"
Coming together on the commonalities is how we find our way back to being united. In a place of unity we have the strength to move mountains.

I'm so curious what happened that it's harder to have conversations with those we don't share the same perspectives with or even the space to agree to disagree. What do you think happened?

Whatever has got us here. One thing is for sure. Alot of people are stressed!!!!!

So, here's a few reminders to help with all that's happening during these challenging times.

Reminders:

1. Make a pact with yourself to only be on social media and/news for a limited amt of time a day. Only you know how long you can handle watching/listening before you start stressing.

2. Ground yourself daily. Either by walking daily or visualizing your feet in the dirt/sand. Or literally putting your bare feet on the earth. Feel your connection of your feet on the earth. This will help calm your nervous system.

3. Be kind to yourself. You are doing the best you can in any given moment.

4. Be kind to others. That could be a smile. Gesture to help and / a compliment.

5. Trust yourself that if you've gotten through hard times before then you'll move through them again. This time with even more wisdom, experience and strength then before.

6. Practice being present. Keep pulling yourself back to this present moment when the mind is creating false stories. Actually ask yourself if the story is a fact? Is it true? So helpful if you are a worrier!!

7. Pause and listen instead of reacting. Not easy when you feel charged. And yet we all want to be heard. Yes?

Sending prayers for safety and strength for all those who need it right now.

Trust the timing. You ever look back and think, wow that really was perfectly timed?
But weeks, or even months before, you were wanting that thing, that relationship, that job, that place and didn't happen when you thought it would! But then it all came together... and you couldn't have planned it better.
Life is like that. 💗

So when life throws a curve ball.
Stop,
reassess
be curious
and feel where the flow is.
follow YOUR flow.
Remember the last time the timing worked in your favor. Let that be a guidepost for you.

My only caveat here is no pushing for the timing you want. I know that is hard for some of you, to not have what you want in your timing! 😉 I get it!! There's a fine line here. As some might even say "I need to try harder." So, hear me out on this.
In my experience when you push/ try harder - creates resistance to the very thing you want! It literally stops the energic flow. Kinda like putting a kink in a hose.
Has that happened to you?

See, Universal consciousness calls for NON-ATTACHMENT to an outcome in order to call it in. So HARD when you really really want something now. But these actions will UNKINK the hose and things will flow again in divine timing. 🙂

If you follow my steps outlines above ⬆️
And TRUST the outcome and timing will be perfect for you!! And BETTER THEN YOU COULD HAVE IMAGINED.
Then, all will be divinely orchestrated for your highest best. And it will be so! 🙏

Here's a couple Mantras:
1. I trust that everything in my life is working in my favor!
2. I trust my flow.

Everything is frequency. So our consistent words and thoughts are so so powerful. For example: I was talking with a client yesterday. She was really worried about her daughter. When any of us send the "worry" frequency out on a consistent basis, we really aren't supporting that person . She thought she was showing care by worrying. I'm thinking alot of people do this...But when I look at it from a frequency/energic perspective. She was UNKNOWLY sending a lower frequency that keeps her daughter thinking that things aren't right somehow or that she must not be okay...etc. (because the frequency of worry is anxiety that something may be wrong).

If her mom instead sent positive (higher) frequency thoughts and words to her that are supportive like: you know how to succeed, you have all the tools to get that job or I trust you will make a good decision for yourself. Even gratitude towards her. All of which will help her daughter believe all will be okay...

So, sending those positive higher vibes helps support those you care about. Plus if you talk all sweet to yourself, you'll feel better about yourself too. :)

And don't we want that for ourselves and others?

I say this all to bring the awareness of how words and thoughts are frequency and have the capacity to help or hinder those we love.

Along the same vein, our CONSISTANT collective thoughts/feelings influence the weather as well. For example: Anger has the capacity to create destructive weather patterns...

I also want to acknowledge that before you may not have understood how powerful your thought/words are. So, please go easy on yourself. We are all doing the best that we can with the knowledge we currently have.

Now once we have new information, we all get an opportunity to do things differently.

Your heart is a guidepost to joy.. It invites you to listen beyond words.

To tap into the wisdom of your heart:
First bring awareness to your heart. Notice it. If you need to, put your hand on it.
Listen to it, by feeling how your heart responds to life.
Where do you feel the joy, the pull/urge or the expansive feeling? Go there. As that's the nudge of your own divine wisdom moving you towards right place and time.

Hi Everyone! I have been getting alot of messages asking if I'm okay from the flooding. Yes, I'm okay! I am safe! I feel blessed that I didn't get any damage from the floods at all. I feel lucky!
Many other people up in this region lost everything. Towns gone!
The situation in Asheville and the suurounding areas is heartbreaking. They still don't have water and looks like it's gonna take quite a while to get it.

What gives me hope is how everyone has come together to help one another get the resources they need to survive right now. The outpouring of donations and all the volunteers ready to help has left me awe struck. We really can and are coming together in crisis up here.

People are also asking me places they can send donations locally.
There are two places I'll give here and I'll place links and instagram handles for them in my stories as well.

Lastly, certainly not least,
I want to thank everyone who checked in on me. I didn't have a way to communicate for over a week. When it was back it didn't work consistently .

NOW service has been the best it's been since the flooding but unfortunately I am finding that texts still aren't always coming through and sometimes they come hours later. So if you emailed me/texted /called and I have not replied to you within 48hrs, then please send the message again.
Also, I always confirm appointments. So, if you don't get a confirmation then please follow up with me about it. (This has already happened once this week).

Thank you all for your patience, understanding and kindness.

Last few days... 1. View top of mt Shasta. 2. Mt shasta labyrinth 3. Mt shasta summit. 4. When in Gilroy, Ca- gotta get your pic taken with garlic. Visiting 2 dear friends Angela and John.
5-8 Santa Barbara, sunrise walk. 9. Santa barbara Harbor.
This is my turning point. Tomorrow I start my journey back East.
It's hard to leave for many reasons.
I'm so happy to have seen so many friends, colleagues and clients and sad to leave everyone too.
One thing is for sure, I'll be back.
