After Hurricane Helene washed out RiverRock Clinic in October 2024, Dr. Lok saw how community fueled resilience. That experience inspired her to bring together local Direct Primary Care (DPC) doctors—choosing collaboration over competition in a state where nearly 30% of people lack a primary care provider.

Our second quarterly meeting, hosted by Dr. Elsie of One Health DPC, gave us space to connect, support one another, and problem-solve within a broken healthcare system.
