Our moods change, our feelings change, our thoughts change, and our behaviors change, which can all be triggered by the shortened days and less sunlight.

Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year, but I know that’s not true for everyone. For a lot of people, it’s a reminder that winter — and seasonal depression — isn’t far away. If it’s a hard season for you (for whatever reason!), I hope these reminders help a bit.
