A lot of the time, it’s not your just your knees—it’s your ankle mobility holding you back.

Try these quick fixes:
👉 Knee-to-wall stretch to improve ankle dorsiflexion and depth
👉 Spanish squats to offload the knees and light up your quads

Better mobility + better muscle activation = smoother, stronger squats 💪

Owners and Founders Ryan Barragree and Christian Busch opened WildHawk Physical Therapy in 2020. The two became friends while doctoral candidates at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. There, they learned they were both diehard sports fans: Ryan, a Kansas State Wildcat, and Christian, a Kansas Jayhawk. As Ryan and Christian envisioned the perfect name for their physical therapist-owned, private practice, WildHawk Physical Therapy was born.
