One year ago, Helene shook Asheville and left a lasting impact on our community. Through the challenges, one thing became clear: the strength, resilience, and heart of Asheville always shine brightest in difficult times.

At both HOTWORX Asheville and The Plug Chiropractic we have been so grateful to walk alongside you through this past year. Many of you stayed by our side, continuing your wellness and fitness journeys with us, and many had to step away for understandable reasons. As World Breastfeeding Week comes to a close, I wanted to share something close to my heart, both as a chiropractor and as a mom. 💕

Breastfeeding is beautiful, but it’s also a skill that takes coordination between a baby’s muscles, joints, and nervous system. Birth can place stress on a baby’s spine, affecting the way their body communicates and making feeding more challenging.

Gentle chiropractic adjustments can help restore optimal nervous system function, supporting a better latch, improving feeding efficiency, and even reducing discomfort for both mom and baby.

In my own journey, chiropractic care played a big role in making breastfeeding more comfortable and successful for us & it’s an honor to be able to offer that same support to other families.

Still serving our amazing community!!! We are grateful for Asheville and all the connections we have made.

As we head into YEAR 5 we want to thank each and every practice member, team member, and community partner for helping us serve at an high level.

Dr. Travis, Dr. Daniels, and Thea are out of the office August 1st through August 12th to enjoy and celebrate this milestone. We will return August 13th ready to rock and roll!!!
