Today marks four years of Winter to Spring Wellness. 🌿

We founded this practice with a clear mission: to provide a supportive, grounded space for individuals navigating the often difficult transitions between the “winters” and “springs” of life. Our goal has always been to honor the whole person, staying true to our values of authenticity, advocacy, and holistic healing.

As we’ve evolved, so has the landscape of our work. From navigating the complexities of the healthcare system and insurance shifts to addressing deep-seated systemic injustices, we remain committed to showing up for our clinicians, clients, and communities. This work is often unpredictable, but it is always essential.

To our clients and our community: Thank you for your continued trust. You are the heart of this practice and the reason we stay dedicated to our mission. We are honored to be a part of your support system and to continue this journey alongside you. 🌿

If you work for Winter to Spring Wellness, you will be celebrated and honored. It’s our culture. 🍃Whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, loss of a loved one, professional achievement, or new baby, you’ll be honored. Period.

New babies seem to be the growing trend around here, and last night we honored our dear Linda Bowman and her partner, Matt, as they welcome their new little one in a few weeks. We also got to guess whose baby photo was whose on the team, which made for lots of fun and laughter for the team.

Congratulations, Linda. We are excited to walk this new life transition alongside you. 💕
