Today we celebrate An Truong, LCMHCS, LCAS (he/him/his) on his one-year anniversary with Winter to Spring Wellness! 🌟

An joined the team a month before the hurricane and his resilience to the sudden halt of new clients and exemplary teamwork is not forgotten. He has been such an incredible addition to our team as a steady presence, an inspiring clinician, and a supportive supervisor for our interns. His leadership, compassion, and dedication make a lasting impact on both his clients and the next generation of therapists.

She also brings a gentle, playful spirit to our team culture — and we’re so lucky to have her as part of this practice.

📢Hi!! We have a new group we’d love to invite you to join.

Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Living is an eight-week series based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed for people new to mindfulness or looking to deepen their current practice. 🍃

Rowan will lead the group as a clinical intern with a trauma-informed, accessible approach. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $5–$20, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

✨Bella has been an integral part of the Winter to Spring team — a collaborative, grounded, and trusted presence among our clinicians, and a truly exceptional therapist to her clients. Her clinical wisdom, compassion, and leadership have left a lasting imprint on our practice and community.

Freedom delayed is trauma inherited.
Healing requires remembrance, repair, and radical honesty.

Today, we honor Black liberation, resilience, and the unfinished work of justice.

This month’s featured bodyworker is Jesse Rosenblum (they/she), a Certified Somatic Practitioner who uses the Hakomi method to help people reconnect with their bodies and their innate ability to heal.
