Body Temple Botanicals makes small-batch, additive free Ayurvedic, Herbal and Botanical self care products, teas and culinary blends. Everything is made or blended by hand in our Asheville, NC studio with a focus on sustainability. Conscience minimal or re-usable packaging, local and ethical sourcing and a passionate love for the beauty of pure, unrefined, raw materials are at the heart of our business. Plants and flowers decorate all my most fond memories. The botanical pattern is inspired by my travels, by Hawaii, by my British background and the thousands of cups of tea that I have drank with my grandmother, cousins and aunts’ as stories flowed a mile long. After teaching Yoga for 10 years and studying Ayurveda I began Body Temple Botanicals as a way to dive deep into the rituals of self-care. The rituals and traditions of wellness aren't merely for our health; they are a celebration of the self and are a generational heartbeat and they carry us.
