✨ Big news at Asheville Pelvic Health ✨

Starting January 1st, we’re officially expanding upstairs at 65 Charlotte Street! This growth brings three additional treatment rooms and more space for our incredible team to care for even more people in our Asheville community seeking pelvic health support.

Construction kicked off yesterday, so things may look a little different for a short while. You might notice some dust and changes to the waiting area as we open it up to the stairs. Thank you for your patience as we create something special.

We cannot wait for you to see our new space and all the care, intention, and heart that’s going into it 💙More room, more healing, more to come.

To say this event was uplifting and connecting feels like an understatement.
💙
Last Sunday, Postpartum Support International hosted a beautiful event to raise awareness, end stigma and support perinatal mental health.
💙
I was able to connect with so many women who had experienced heartbreaking loss, suffered through really hard perinatal times and all of this effected me in ways I hadn’t expected. My postpartum experience was very challenging and this really helped me to not feel alone in it.
💙
As we went up the stairs together to symbolize “The climb” out of the darkness surrounded by balloons and uplifting messages I felt so hopeful and seen. I hope that if you are struggling or have struggled in pregnancy or postpartum that you feel seen. You are never alone and we are in this together.

Today I had the honor of speaking at the Perinatal Partnership Conference for NC and SC nurses in Cherokee, NC. 💙🤗 Their excitement to learn about the pelvic floor and how to advocate for themselves, and their patients throughout pregnancy, labor and beyond was so energizing. 🥳It was so wonderful to get to see care in the perinatal time period through another professions eyes and how much we both care so much about women and helping folks to have healthier and happier pregnancies, births and lives afterwords! So grateful for nurses and all that they do 💙As I was leaving one of the nurses said “Keep changing the world!” I hope that we can change what the world looks like for birthing people together.
